Wad Khwam Krang stands apart for its authentic Golden Era lineage, led by legendary fighters from Lumpinee Stadium, including “The King of Lumpinee” Therdkiat Sitthepitak. Training here blends traditional Thai technique with modern athletic conditioning in state-of-the-art facilities — offering a genuine Muay Thai experience in the heart of Bangkok.
Yes. Our Fighter Training Program is built for serious athletes and competitors. It combines traditional Muay Thai mastery with elite-level strength and conditioning to develop explosive power, endurance, and ring readiness. Fighters from Thailand and abroad come to WKK to prepare for real competition.
Absolutely. Our group classes and private coaching sessions are designed for all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced fighters. Each session focuses on correct technique, rhythm, and conditioning, ensuring you build a solid foundation while training under authentic Thai coaches.
As often as you can! Some train once or twice a week, serious pros train once or twice a day (with rest days of course and proper recovery) For quick progress, students typically train 3–5 days per week. Consistency is key in Muay Thai; you’ll quickly notice improvements in stamina, strength, technique, and confidence. Our twice-daily sessions make it easy to build a routine that fits your goals, and if you're impatient, our 6-week all-inclusive camp is designed to craft warriors from the ground up.
Each class includes running, skipping, shadowboxing, bag work, pad rounds, sparring, and clinch practice. You’ll experience a balance of technique, conditioning, and real Muay Thai culture, guided by professional Thai fighters who tailor each session to your level.
Bring comfortable training clothes, a water bottle and a towel. If you plan to use the sauna after training, bring a change of clothes. If you already have your own gloves or hand wraps, bring those too. If not, you can purchase gloves and wraps at the gym. Free shin pads are provided for use during class, so you do not need to bring your own.
Booking is simple. Just go to our website and choose the session you want. The system will prompt you to create an account, fill in your details and your account will be created instantly. From there, you can book any class, date or time that suits you. If you purchase a 10-session package, the credits will be automatically added to your account. You can then use those credits to book your sessions whenever you choose.
Absolutely. We welcome travellers and short-term visitors. You can book day passes, private sessions or 10-session packs directly through our website with no long-term commitment. All equipment is available to use or purchase at the gym.
Altitude training simulates high-altitude conditions to improve stamina, oxygen efficiency and overall conditioning. At WKK Gym, altitude training is included in our fighter training and elite training packages, and it can also be added to your training curriculum on request. You can book individual altitude sessions directly through our website as well. Our coaches will structure the session based on your level and goals.
Yes absolutely. Fighters can complete full fight camps at WKK. We manage every stage of preparation including technical training, conditioning, sparring, altitude work (Hypoxic Training), recovery planning and tapering before your fight. Our coaches also provide safe weight-management guidance, and when appropriate, we can help coordinate fight opportunities through a variety of authorised partners. Accomodation and full supplementation programme is provided alongside the oppurtunity to train with coaches who have trained national and world champions.
Yes. Conditioning protocols include interval systems, power endurance, rotational strength, footwork patterns, reactive drills, and altitude-assisted aerobic development. Strength training guidance is available, including periodised lifting plans for Muay Thai specificity. This is a center for elite performance.
Absolutely. Our padwork system focuses on timing, rhythm, feint integration, balance disruption, counter sequencing and situational drilling. This is authentic Golden Era padwork, not fitness-only rounds. Sessions are adapted to your technical level with progressive intensity.
No. This is one of the most common concerns people have. At WKK Gym, every class is structured so beginners, intermediates and fighters can train side by side without pressure. Our coaches are highly skilled and trained to adjust pad rounds, combinations and intensity to your level, and you’ll never be pushed into sparring unless you specifically ask for it. For some, the goal is progression, safety and confidence, not competition, and thats okay.
Short answer, yes. If we have availibility you can abolutely walk in and get involved in a group session or book a private session with one of our top coaches. We also have a sauna, ice-bath, fitness and wellness center that you can use. Either book-online or walk-in, check in with the team on Whatsapp or e-mail if you're unsure!
