Q: I just want to lose weight — is Muay Thai right for me? A: It is one of the best
choices you can make. A typical session burns 600–900 calories. Combined with camp
life, results can be dramatic.
Q: Do I need experience? A: None at all. Perfect for complete beginners.
Q: How much weight can I realistically lose? A: Many students lose 4–8kg in a month
of serious training. More importantly, you will feel fitter and stronger than you have in
years.
Q: Can I choose my camp length? A: Yes. Flexible durations from 1 week to 3 months.
Q: Is the food healthy? A: We offer a range of meal options including healthy, high-
protein choices. Thai food is naturally fresh and nutritious.
Q: Can I combine training with sightseeing? A: Absolutely. Training is typically morning
and late afternoon, leaving time to explore Bangkok on rest days.

Q: What is included in accommodation? A: Private rooms with air conditioning, WiFi,
hot water, bed linen, and towels in the WKK Gym Neighbourhood complex.
Q: How close is accommodation to the gym? A: Steps away — within the same
complex. No commuting whatsoever.
Q: Are meals included? A: Available at the Sports Café on-site. Some packages include
meal plans — ask when enquiring.
Q: Can couples or friends book together? A: Yes. Let us know your group size when
enquiring.
Q: What is the minimum stay? A: 1 week minimum. Most guests stay 2 weeks to 3
months.
Q: Is there a social atmosphere? A: Very much so. The Sports Café and Bar is a natural
gathering point with fight nights, snooker, and a genuine community feel.
