Train like a professional fighter in our advanced Muay Thai program running twice daily at 7:00-9:30 AM and 3:00-5:30 PM. This intensive training is designed for fighters and serious practitioners focused on improving performance, strength, and endurance.
Each session begins with stretching and a cardio warm-up, including running, skipping, and shadowboxing. Training then progresses into strength and conditioning drills, plyometrics, and power development exercises before moving to heavy bag work focused on striking combinations and technique.
Pad work rounds with coaches, focus mitt drills, and technical sparring follow to sharpen precision, timing, and fight IQ. Every session finishes with round sparring and clinch practice to simulate real competition flow and build ring endurance.
This program combines the intensity of fighter preparation with the technical depth of traditional Muay Thai, offering the complete experience of training in Thailand’s elite gym environment.

No. Our classes are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. Coaches adapt training to your experience and fitness level, so you can start safely and progress at your own pace.
Comfortable training clothes, water, and a positive attitude. Gloves can be rented or purchased at the gym if you don’t have your own. Bring a gum shield if you're planning on sparring, if you dont have one then it sparring wont be included in your training.
Yes. Many members combine group classes with private sessions to progress faster. Private training can be booked separately at any time. We offer package deals on both group classes and private sessions if you want to train for 10 days, a full month or even longer!
Booking in advance is recommended, especially during busy periods, but walk-ins are welcome if there is space available.
WKK features two full-sized Muay Thai rings, heavy bags, pads and multiple dedicated training areas. The gym also includes a strength and conditioning zone with weights and resistance machines, a cardio area with bikes, treadmills, and rowing machines, and a hypoxic training area. Showers, sauna, ice bath, an on-site merchandise and fight shop, and a fighter-focused food restaurant are also available.
